Terms of use.
The working rules for using Vektor, ahead of the formal agreement.
The service
Vektor is a WhatsApp-native AI assistant that answers questions from the Google Drive and Gmail sources your company connects, and from WhatsApp conversations your company sets up with Vektor, scoped to what each asker is permitted to see. Answers are generated from your company's own content and cited; where nothing relevant is found, Vektor says so.
Accounts and access
Access is provisioned by your company's administrator and verified with a one-time code or link delivered to your own WhatsApp; your work email is the username. You're responsible for keeping your device secure. A reported SIM change freezes access instantly, and only an admin who has verified you can restore it.
Acceptable use
- Use Vektor only with data your company is entitled to process.
- Don't attempt to access content beyond your own permissions, probe or overload the service, or use answers to violate law or others' rights.
Service expectations
Vektor is under active development. We aim for reliable service but do not yet publish an uptime commitment, and features described as "coming" or "planned" (including Microsoft 365 and Slack support, per-user OAuth and customer-managed keys) are not part of the current service.
Liability
Answers are grounded in your company's documents but can still be incomplete or out of date; verify before acting on high-stakes decisions. Formal limitation-of-liability language will be part of the signed agreement.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product and the formal terms evolve, and note material changes to customers directly.
