What you can do with it

Ask anything your company knows. See only what's yours to see.

Questions in, cited answers out. In English, Hindi or Hinglish, on the WhatsApp your team already uses.

What you can actually ask.

Not features. Questions. These are the ones teams ask every day.

Sales & BD

"What's our renewal position with Acme Corp?"
"Where's the final Meridian proposal?"
"What price did we quote in the Acme group last week?"
Hinglish"Northwind ka renewal kab hai?"
See the Sales & BD page

Operations

"What's the outstanding balance with Vantage?"
"Which POs are pending approval this week?"
"What did the vendor say about the delayed shipment in the logistics group?"
See the Operations page

Marketing

"Where's the latest brand deck?"
"Do we have a case study on Helix?"

Account Management

"What did we commit to Globex on delivery timelines?"
"What's our warranty policy for Helix units?"
"Anything the client flagged in the Globex group yesterday?"
See the Account Management page

Built around how people ask, not how software works.

Plain language, text or voice

Type the question the way you'd ask a colleague, or send a voice note. Voice notes in your groups are understood too. Nothing said out loud is lost.

Grounded in your Gmail, Drive and WhatsApp

Every answer is built from your company's Drive, the Gmail threads you're on, and the groups you're in. It names the file, thread or conversation it came from.

An honest "I don't know"

When your company's content doesn't hold the answer, Vektor says so and suggests what to try, instead of making something up.

Scoped to each person, live

Before answering, every source is checked against what the asker may see. For Drive, a live check at question time; for Gmail, whoever was on the thread; for group chats, membership is the rule. What's not theirs is dropped, every time.

English, Hindi, Hinglish

Vektor detects the language of the question and replies in kind, even when the sentence switches midway.

One place, no new app

Nothing to install, nothing to roll out. The whole product lives inside the WhatsApp chat your team already has open.

Where answers come from.

Three sources today, more on the way. WhatsApp is where you ask, and what's decided there is never lost.

Groups, in detail.

Does Vektor read our existing WhatsApp groups?
Only the ones you add it to. Your company provisions a dedicated number for Vektor and adds it to the groups you choose, like adding any member. Those conversations become a source; groups it isn't in are never read, and personal chats are never read.
Who can see answers drawn from a group?
Only that group's members. Membership is the access rule: if you're in the group, its discussions can answer you. If you're not, they never do.
Is this live today?
Yes. Asking, answering, and group conversations as a source all work today. The integration onto WhatsApp's official Groups API is coming soon.
Is there a size limit on groups?
No. Vektor sits in a group like any member, so your groups work at their normal size. Many teams still run a group per deal, per account or per project, since each group's discussions stay scoped to its own members.
