Under the hood, in plain words

From a WhatsApp question to a cited answer. In seconds.

Six steps run behind every answer. None of them need your team to learn anything new.

  1. 01

    Connect once

Your admin connects Google Drive and Gmail, and adds Vektor to the WhatsApp conversations you choose. More connectors are on the way; nothing migrates anywhere.

  2. 02

    Ask on WhatsApp

Anyone on the team asks in plain language: text or a voice note, in English, Hindi or Hinglish.

  3. 03

    Retrieve

Vektor searches your company's Drive, your own mail and the WhatsApp conversations it's part of for everything relevant to the question.

  4. 04

    Check your access, per source

Every result is checked against what you may see: Drive live at that moment, mail by who was on the thread. Anything that can't be verified is dropped. This is the step that makes Vektor safe to give to everyone.

  5. 05

    Ground and cite

The answer is built only from the verified sources, and each one is named. If nothing relevant survives, the answer is an honest "I don't know."

  6. 06

    Reply on WhatsApp

The answer lands back in the same chat, seconds after the question.

Delegate, don't duplicate.

Most tools copy your permissions into their own database and hope the copy keeps up. Vektor doesn't keep a copy at all.

Google Drive

Live, per file, as the asker

At the moment of the question, Vektor asks Google whether this person may see this file. Revoke access in Drive, and the very next answer respects it.

Gmail

Participant set, stamped at ingest

An email is visible only to the people who were on the thread, recorded when the message is brought in. That's an honest description, not a live re-check.

WhatsApp

Membership is the rule

Answers drawn from a conversation go only to the people in it. If you're in it, it can answer you; if you're not, it never does.

When a check fails

Denied · error · timeout · unreachable

Four conditions, one outcome: the source is dropped from the answer. Vektor never shows content it couldn't verify, and never reveals that anything was held back.

Same question. Two honest answers.

The access check isn't a setting. It's what happens on every single answer.

Onboarding is four sentences long.

Your admin connects Drive and Gmail in minutes. Your company provisions a dedicated WhatsApp number for Vektor, and an admin adds it to the groups you choose, so those conversations become a searchable source. You invite the team by phone number. They ask on WhatsApp in plain language, and there is nothing to train.
